Retractable fall arrester IKAR HRA

Retractable fall arrester in aluminum case with steel cable,
fixed anchor eye and swivel carabiner equipped with a "rescue/recovery" mechanism,
which allows lifting and lowering.

After an arrested fall, or if the user is unable to get out of the bottom of the shaft by himself, etc.,
the recovery mechanism can be easily operated by a second person,
which lifts or lowers the injured person to a safe place.
